Traits

Hooves are most common amongst Bubbies, given their natural affinities to goats.

Paws are also common, especially in feline and canines, but can occur naturally in any Bubby.

While paws often have claws, Bubbies can also just have round nubs for feet with sharp claws protruding out of them. These feet often still have paw pads, and are understood to be related to paws somehow.

Nub feet, but with round claws instead of sharp ones.

Oftentimes bird traits tend to be rarer in Bubbies, but with their reptilian ancestors, these traits have become more common. Bird feet in Bubbies usually come from furry nubs and end in clawed toes.

Reptilian legs are common within arid regions, but still fairly uncommon overall. Reptilian legs can grow fur anywhere from a thin layer to a shaggy overcoat.

Amphibious Bubbies grow webbed feet in order to help their transition from land to water.

Much like Griffons, Bubbies can sometimes have mismatching front and back legs!

Rare overall, but common in more magical Bubbies- some Bubbies will have no back legs, but instead a long serpentine tail.

Aquatic dwelling Bubbies will develop a tail so they can spend their lives under the sea! These Bubbies can come up on land, but rarely do.

Some Aquatic Bubbies will grow tentacles to help them crawl across the ocean floor!

The tentacles can either form as arms, or sprout from their back legs in a “mermaid” style.

It’s rare, but Bubbies can be born without skin, or any noticeable muscles, on their legs! These Bubbies have been known to be very magical.

There’s a rumor that Bubbies with backwards paws are descendants of very powerful guardians, giving them access to easier magical attunement.

Very very rarely, Bubbys will have legs that appear ethereal, making them look like ghosts!
