Coal is the main currency used in the Beelzebubbies universe. This is primarily because dragon bubbies LOVE coal, and have a habit of hoarding things they don't need. So a friendly dragon bubby may be willing to trade something for coal! (Coal tastes very delicious to some bubbies as well, so some may just want to keep it.) Because of this, coal ended up being a primary trading conduit.

Coal can be spent in many different ways, including (but not limited to) the following:

• Spent at shops, including The Hoard (a.k.a the General Store) and The Alchemy Shop
• Traded for Tickets in raffles, prompts, or other giveaways
• In rare cases, spent to buy adoptables

Coal can be earned in many different ways, including (but not limited to) the following:

• Submitting art + writing to the gallery
• Completing monthly prompts
• Participating in events

The primary way of earning coal is through submitting images, writing, and other works of art to the gallery. Make sure when submitting, you're submitting to the correct gallery folder.

There are a couple other forms of currency in Puraton, but most are used solely in seasonal events. For example, Train Tickets are used as currency during the Spring and Summer Melts. Off-season, the only way one can obtain these currencies is through other users!
